Student Omnibus Survey
The Student Omnibus Survey consists of a telephone administered survey of items pertaining to life as a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Questions vary from perceived quality of programs and facilities to health behaviors. It is an annual survey that is administered by the Bureau of Sociological Research for the University of Nebraska. Interviewing for the Student Omnibus Survey began on April 18, 2003 and ended on May 28, 2003. Interviews were completed with a total of 632 students currently enrolled at UNL.
Respondents were randomly selected from a list of all students attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln provided by UNL Registration and Records.
When a student was unable to be reached at the telephone number provided by UNL, the student was tracked and, if available, a new number was found.
Student directories, internet search engines and permanent home addresses were a few of the resources used during this tracking process.
