Education
Minshuai Ding joined BOSR in 2022 and became a passionate Project Manager II. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University. His training in qualitative and quantitative research equips him to serve the needs of various projects. Through working at BOSR, he has further enhanced his expertise in survey methodology.
