Monica started at BOSR’s Whitehall campus as a telephone interviewer for several years before joining city campus as a data assistant and transcriptionist. Gaining experience and knowledge, she moved to a Project Associate and then to her most recent position as a Project Manager. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Surgical Technology and her Bachelor's of Science degree in Behavioral Science. She enjoys creating paper and web surveys and writing summary/methodology reports.
