Annual Report 2024

The Bureau of Sociological Research celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2023-2024. We had another fantastic year, with $2.5 million in revenue and 135 projects. Because of our continued success and growth, BOSR restructured our leadership team in 2023-24, providing support and oversight of BOSR’s projects and client needs.

Annual Report 2023

The Bureau of Sociological Research (BOSR) had a banner year! With over $2.1 million in revenue, almost 150 projects, and a growing professional staff in 2022-2023, BOSR had one of our most successful years ever. We served clients from UNL, UNMC, UNO, the University system, the State of Nebraska, and other organizations on a wide range of projects and topics.

Annual Report 2022

As our Nebraska community came through the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bureau of Sociological Research (BOSR) was here to help. BOSR’s continuing dedication to collecting high quality information for researchers, policy makers, departments, and administrators was notable across the more than 100 projects BOSR worked on during 2021-2022.

What a year 2020-2021 has been! Even with the challenges posed by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Bureau of Sociological Research maintained our dedication to high quality data collection for a wide variety of clients and projects. We are proud to continue our partnerships with faculty and students across the Nebraska system and at state and other agencies serving the state of Nebraska, collecting data geared toward understanding and improving the lives of Nebraskans.
