Frank has been with BOSR since January 2013. Prior to working for BOSR, Frank worked for the College of Public Health (COPH) – Health Services Research and Administration with the University of Nebraska Medical Center from 2009 through 2012. There he worked with the BRFSS and ATS as a phone interviewer, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Survey Data Technician, and Survey Program Supervisor. Frank has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Peru State College.
